The main page is divided into 4 sections:

• The banner: at the top of the page;
• The menu pan: on the left part of the page;
• The navigation pan: in the center of the page (where you currently read this text)
• The footer: on the bottom part.

The Menu pan displays the suggested topics;
To reach a topic, just click on its text in the menu pan;
The article or the form of the selected menu will be displayed in the navigation pan...

Some topics can give access to a sub- menu... in this case, clicking the topic will display the sub-menu in the menu pan...

To return to the preceding menu: click the arrow ( on top of the menu pan.
